The Norwalk Zoning Commission has granted real estate developer Spinnaker a one-year extension on bulding District 95/7 SoNo, according to a Norwalk Hour report.

For Norwalk residents, this means a longer wait to see significant change in the SoNo skyline and large-scale improvement.

Sitework has started on the 12-acre parcel just south of I-95, but it remains mostly unchanged.  When completed, the mixed-use development plans on offering retail, office, and residential space.
